1. Are purchases at Tropical Leather secure?
We
use today's most advanced internet security system - Secure Socket Layers (SSL)
-128 bit encryption level.
When you provide our Payment Gateway with any personal information
- your name, address, e-mail and credit card number - it's done on a secure
server. SSL system encrypts all information you provide before sending it from
your computer, and only when it reaches destination servers, is your information
decrypted.

2. How to use shopping cart in your store?
The buying process is very easy.
If your are not familiar with shopping online please read the following instruction.
- Choose the product you like. On the right side of the product you'll see "Buy
Now " button.
- If you want to purchase an item, click on the button. It will add the
item to your shopping cart and open a new page with your "shopping cart
content". It will show all the items you have in your shopping cart
so far, together with the billing information.
- On the "shopping cart content" page you can:
- click "Delete Item " button, which will remove the item, or
- modify the number of a certain item and click "Update" button to update
your cart, or
- click "Clear Cart " button, which will clear all items, or
- click "Checkout" which means that you want to finish
your shopping and provide your billing information.
- Keep shopping until you feel like it's a time to check-out.
- At any time you can click "View cart" (located
in the left column of every shopping page) which will bring you
to your "shopping cart content" page. On this page you can always
modify the number of items already selected.
- Also at any time you can click "Checkout" (in the
left column of every shopping page), to finish shopping and proceed
to payment.

3. Which credit cards
are accepted?
We accept payments with following cards:

4. What
other forms of payments are accepted?
At our checkount counter you can also:
- Pay with Paypal.
- Pay with check.
For other forms of payment ( western union or bank transfer ) please contact
us directly.

5. What are the delivery
cost and time?
- We send all orders by postal mail (registered international parcel post)
The delivery time for items going to the United States and Europe
is between 5 and 10 working days. If the delivery address
is located in other parts of the world it may take up to 14 days.
The cost of shipping is flat rate per order. The following
are our shipping costs.
Total weight of all items below 100 grams is charged 8USD.
Total weight of all items from 100 to 300 grams is charged 11USD.
Total weight of all items above 300 grams is charged
14USD.
You will pay no more than the maximum 14USD for shipping. Our
company will cover additional postal charges.
- Your order will be shipped out within two working
days from receipt of payment. Typically, if you are living in United
States or Europe, purchased items will arrive within 5-10
working days from the time of order.
- The delivery time quoted above is an estimate only.
- Loss or damage that occurs during shipping is our
responsibility. If you haven't received your purchase on time, allow 3 days
for delay and Contact
us, submitting your name,
address and numerical codes of purchased items. The code of each product
(ex."KWS341") is displayed below it's price and "Buy now" button.

6. Can I buy your
products wholesale?
Yes, you are wellcome to contact us via email with the details of your interest.

7. What is your Return
Policy?
- If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, please send it
back to us within 14 days after receipt of the order. Please include a copy
of the receipt with the product(s). The product must be originally packed
and unused. The refund will be full, excluding the shipping charges. Please
read also the following conditions.
- The refund proces may take up to 10 days after we receive the product back
from you.
- If the product arrived to you in a damaged condition please send the product
back to us within 14 days from the receipt of the product. We will send a
new item free of charge within 2 days from the receipt of damaged one.
- The product will be refunded/replaced only if you inform us via email about
your wish of refund/replacement within 7 days from your receipt of the product.
Failing this condition can lead to our refusal of refund or replacement
- In both cases mentioned above, you must send the product(s) back at your
own expence.

- Loss of the product during shipping is our responsibility. If you haven't
received your purchase on time, allow 5 days for delay (from the maximum
delivery time) and contact us via email, submitting your name, address and
alphanumerical codes of purchased items. The code of each product (like for
ex."KWS341") is displayed below it's price and "Buy now " button.
In case of loss of the product we will send new item free of charge within
5 days from your notice.

8. What is your Privacy
Policy?
Tropical Leather respects and protects the privacy
of visitors to our website We don't sell, rent or trade personal information
collected at our site. When you place an order from our store we collect
only your shipping data: name, address, telephone number and your email address.
We use this to fulfill your order, or communicate with you on the status
of your order. We maintain strict security over all the personal information
you share with us.

9. Where does the
leather you use come from?
All the leathers (except stingray leather) used in
the products we sell, comes from comercially farmed animals in Thailand.
Stingray leather comes from commercial fishing. See also About
us chapter.

10. Will I receive
exactly the same pattern of leather as on the picture?
The look of the product you'll receive will be the same as you saw on the
picture in our store, but the tint of the color that you see on your monitor
may be slightly different from the actual color of the product you'll receive.
Please also remember that the particular pattern of the leather is never the
same and varies from item to item.
